Shipping + Handling
Orders are processed and shipped Monday - Friday from 9am - 5pm. Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.
Please note that shipping prices are currently complimentary for all domestic orders through EndeCollective.com and we go to great lengths to ensure the safety and security of your package. However, Ende Collective reserves the right to implement a shipping fee at any point for every order.
All domestic shipments are currently being handled by the USPS. Orders over $250 will require a signature upon delivery and orders are unable to be shipped to a P.O. Box address at this time. If you have special requests, accommodations, or if you'd like to modify your order, we are glad to help. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org right away.

International shipments are shipped via UPS providing customs clearance and door-to-door delivery service within 1-3 business days for $45.00.

Duties and taxes are not included in the total at checkout. They are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. Although charges are not always incurred, assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the tax-free threshold, if it exists, for goods imported into the destination country. Payment of any duties and import taxes is the responsibility of the recipient, and these fees are collected at the time of delivery.
