Hi There! Today I was on an enriching Clubhouse call w/ a lovely group of creatives talking about a book that was critical in reframing my thinking about being an artist. That book is called “The Artist’s Way.”
The quote that keeps returning to me is one that I’d love to share with you all today. As we approach the New Year (a common time for reset - though I believe change can happen at any time of the year, mostly when your heart is ready 🤍) I thought it may be a useful touchstone for those in the growth mindset mode. I hope it inspires you to dig deeper to uncover the true nature of your being and consider all of the beautiful gifts that you’ve been given to enjoy for yourself and to share with our world.

This time of year I like to create moments that honor my inner knowing- baths with candles, Dead Sea salt, and essential oils of eucalyptus and peppermint have been my go to. I use these moments to process, imagine, dream, and create and I’m looking forward to sharing whole new year of blessings.
